I love spending time in nature, feeling renewed in body and soul, fortifying resilience, faith, and hope. Hiking, kayaking, biking, bird watching, camping and just walking my dog are some of the blessings I enjoy as often as possible to connect with God and strengthen my faith and hope. As Susan Salzburg so eloquently says in her book Faith: “Faith is the capacity of the heart that allows us to draw close to the present and find there the underlying thread connecting the moment’s experience to the fabric of all of life. It opens us to a bigger sense of who we are and what we are capable of doing.”

Keeping hope alive is important to recovery and building resilience for your overall well-being. Working together we will identify areas of your life in which you wish to see growth. I count it an honor to partner with you in creating a plan toward your goals. It is my belief that you have innate wisdom in this process. My role is to guide and support you during the process with curious inquiry as we journey the path to your optimal well-being.
